The district shall provide the address of the trauma-informed website developed by DESE to all parents before October first of each school year (section 161.1050, RSMo) once developed.

Mrs. Hunter graduated from Fayetteville State University, in Fayetteville, North Carolina, with a Bachelor’s of Science in Education degree in the field of Secondary Education, majoring in Communication Arts, and minoring in Speech and Theater. She went on to work at E.E. Smith High School in Fayetteville, North Carolina, for two years before relocating with her husband to Fort Wainwright, Alaska, Fort McClellan, Alabama, and finally, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Mrs. Hunter had a son, Ian, in ’99, and then a daughter, Cassidy, in ’01, who both have been charter seniors at Plato R-V School. In 2005-6, Mrs. Hunter began working at Plato High School. In her years here, she has enjoyed teaching Composition, World Literature, American Literature, British Literature, Creative Writing, Drama, and Speech.
