Plato R-V School District is seeking proposals from qualified insurance providers to provide comprehensive health insurance coverage for its employees. The goal is to offer a competitive, cost effective health plan that meets the needs of our staff and complies with all applicable federal and state regulations, as described in the RFP on the Plato R-V School District website located at https://5il.co/30jdz. Qualified insurance companies are invited to submit a formal proposal to be reviewed by a committee and approved by the Plato R-V Board of Education. The deadline for submission is December 11, 2024 at 10:00am; the employee feasibility study will run from December 12, 2024 – January 15, 2025. Discussion and approval may be made at the February 13, 2025 School Board Meeting. Objective The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals for employee health insurance coverage that includes a range of services, including but not limited to medical, prescription, life, dental, and vision insurance.
