Plato School District would like to thank Life360 Community Services for all the support they have given the Plato school and our community. Life360 has been a constant support, providing food baskets to our community throughout the pandemic, and daily nutritious snacks to our students. Due to state funding issues, December 1, 2022, will be the last day Life360 will be providing daily afternoon snacks to Plato students. We have greatly appreciated Life360 friendship, support, and services, and hope to continue our relationship in the future. At this time, we believe this is just a momentary pause. We hope to team back up with Life 360 to continue this amazing program in the near future. Parents, if you feel your child needs an afternoon snack, please send a snack with them. #platorv

On December 16th, the PHS Beta Club is sponsoring the annual Winter Queen Pageant to raise funds for St. Jude's Children's Hospital and for our Beta Club. The Ceremony begins at 5:30 and will end by 6:00! Please join us in the New Gym as we bring you NEW YORK CITY NIGHTS! On December 17th, we will have a HS-only Winter Queen Ball in celebration of the Winter Queen and her King. We ask students to wear formal attire and join us from 6:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. in the Old Gym. Concessions will be available for sale.

Around 250 participants attended the #DoDEAgrant INSPIRE Community of Practice (CoP) event, held November 7-9, 2022, in San Diego. The DoDEA Grant Program CoP shared resources, ideas, and experiences to build the capacity of grant professionals.
